Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.

This is a part‑time role of 30 hours where you will primarily work on deliveries and in the warehouse.

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, striving to offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. You will also help maintain store operations, manage deliveries, and support warehouse activities.

• Experience working in a similar retail or warehouse role.

• Pay: £12.71 per hour (21+), £12.00 per hour (18-20), £8.82 per hour (under 18)
