Overview

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to show your retail management experience by driving sales and improving the store’s performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.

• Drive sales and improve store performance while consistently meeting key performance indicators.
• Apply coaching management style with clear, open and honest communication.
• Ensure retail colleagues are trained to high standards and take corrective action when necessary.
• Lead with a passion for sales, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset in a high-pressure environment.
• Utilise change management experience to meet targets and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Manage a significant retail operation with a strong profit motive to deliver business results.

• Proven record of achieving results in a similar high-pressured, customer-focused role.
• Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role.
• Experience in change management and a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills and a coaching management style; ability to train and develop staff.
