Dunelm is hiring a Sales Assistant - Host to welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right homeware. You’ll be on the shop floor, offering friendly guidance, and ensuring customers leave with exactly what they came for.
You’ll also handle Click & Collect and Home Delivery orders when needed. As a host, you’ll be the first friendly face customers see, delivering a cheerful, helpful experience while using store systems to check stock and organise deliveries.
