Entain Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service within our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily.
You will take bets, process cash transactions, demonstrate our products, and handle customer concerns with empathy while working toward targets and maintaining high shop standards.
