Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? We are looking for an Insurance Account Handler based in Petersfield who will be the first point of contact for a designated client portfolio and will support them with queries throughout the day.

• Support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact.
• Build strong relationships with clients through phone and email, providing customer service and sales support.
• Proactively manage client queries and show initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Collaborate with team members, maintaining a positive outlook and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in a financially regulated organisation.

• Experience in the Insurance industry is essential.
• Confidence to work with clients by phone and email, with a background in customer service.
• Ability to bring your best self to work every day and give clients the best possible experience.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
• Positive, engaging and collaborative attitude with resilience to adapt to change.
