We’re looking for a natural at building relationships and understanding customers’ needs to join our Lancaster Sales Team and talk to customers over the phone, helping them choose the right products and services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fun, fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone to identify their needs and recommend EE products and services.
• Achieve sales targets through resilience, motivation, and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up on prospective and existing customers.

• Resilient and driven individuals with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• No prior sales experience required – we will provide comprehensive training.
