Field Sales Executive

Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Field-based
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Contract: Permanent, full-time

This position is ideal for a sales professional, sales representative, or business development executive who enjoys building relationships, engaging with customers face-to-face, and promoting trusted products and services within the local community.

• Promote a local delivery service through direct, face-to-face engagement

• Represent the business professionally and with approachability

• Explain products and services confidently and accurately

• Respond to questions and handle objections positively

• Capture new customer details and pass information to internal teams

• Manage your own schedule and travel to assigned areas efficiently

• Work towards clear sales targets and structured plans

• Follow company procedures while maintaining personable interactions

• Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed

• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach

• Confident engaging with new people and building strong relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised and able to work independently in the field

• Good problem-solving skills and able to multitask effectively

• Honest, reliable, and professional

• Full UK driving licence

• Willing to complete a DBS check (supported by the employer)
