The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored logistics solutions. This role combines sales, relationship management, and customer service, making it ideal for an ambitious individual at the early stages of their career.
Key Responsibilities
Initiating sales conversations with potential customers over the phone using a consultative and engaging approach
Managing and maintaining existing client volumes and relationships
Updating and maintaining pipeline and CRM systems accurately
Responding to customer enquiries regarding products and services
Preparing and providing price quotations
Explaining pricing structures clearly and professionally
Negotiating bulk or package pricing where appropriate
Closing sales in line with agreed targets and KPIs
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database
Monitoring booking statuses to ensure a high level of service quality
Keeping up to date with products, services, and industry developments
Proactively informing customers about new products and market updates
