Location:

Heysham, Lancashire.

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 basic + uncapped commission. Full‑time, permanent, Monday to Friday.

Hunters 4 Staff is working with a dynamic client to find a Sales Advisor who enjoys building relationships and seeing sales through to completion. This hands‑on role involves looking after existing customers, growing key accounts, and bringing new business on board. It is fast‑paced, varied, and ideal for someone confident on the phone and comfortable dealing with customers face‑to‑face.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Speak with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products
• Handle the full sales process from first contact through to delivery
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
• Proactively manage your sales pipeline and follow up opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C) is an advantage
• Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
