Key Account Manager
Chubb Community Care (Part of Chubb Fire and Security) has an opportunity for a Key Account Manager. The role involves managing and developing relationships with established clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction within the Community Care portfolio.
Responsibilities- Manage growth within existing accounts – identify and qualify opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or project work within the current customer base.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships – build and maintain effective relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers across established client organisations.
- Achieve account‑based sales targets – deliver agreed sales and order‑intake objectives by maximising recurring revenue and expanding service uptake within existing accounts.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations – facilitate and present product, service, and solution demonstrations to current customers to support retention and account development.
- Conduct surveys and produce proposals – carry out site surveys and prepare associated system designs, proposals, and quotations for existing clients.
- Proven track record in account management.
- Experience dealing with Local Authorities, CCGs, Housing Authorities, Consultants, Contractors and the healthcare sector.
- Background in the assistive technology market is advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Telecare, Telehealth and Assisted Living sector (advantageous).
- Experience in negotiating tenders and contracts.
- Ability to think outside the box and explore new opportunities and revenue streams.
- Current UK driving licence.
- Competitive base salary with OTE c. £55k+ (uncapped).
