Sales Executive

Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity to join a well-established house builder in the Lancashire area, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering a 5
* customer experience while working in a target-driven environment.

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full home buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.

• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion
• Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all stages of the journey
• Negotiating sales and supporting customers through to exchange and completion
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors
• Maintaining accurate records and completing all required administration
• Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Experience with in new homes sales or estate agency
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales
• Well-presented, professional, and personable
• Organised with good attention to detail
• A team player with a proactive and motivated approach

• Basic salary up to £30,000
• £400 on over-budget plots
• Quarterly bonus up to £3,000 (£12,000 annually)
• 5% commission on extras (uncapped)
• Company pension scheme
