The RoleAs a Telesales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of driving our sales success, calling businesses to sell advertising space on our digital screens and within our brand‑new agricultural magazine. This is an exciting time to join our expanding team and make a real impact in a niche industry. Agricultural knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
What You’ll Do:- Make outbound sales calls to prospects and existing clients with confidence and professionalism
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs
- Hit and exceed targets, benefiting from uncapped commission
- Keep up to date with our products, industry trends, and new projects
- Collaborate with a supportive, fun team that loves to win together
- Telesales experience – you must not afraid to pick up the phone
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive, customer‑focused approach
- Self‑motivated and resilient — rejection drives you to improve and succeed
- A team player who thrives in a positive, energetic environment
- Basic IT skills — experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Agricultural industry knowledge is a bonus but not essential
