As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers find the right products, provide knowledgeable advice, and create a welcoming environment. You’ll represent the brand and drive sales while delivering a premium in‑store experience.

• Style the full fit – Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks – kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits.
• Know the product, know the culture – Learn every silhouette, the tech behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat – you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype – Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win – Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium – Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
