New Home Sales Consultant

Overview

Sales Consultant. Our client is a leading housing developer delivering new build homes across the country. They are seeking an ambitious New Home Sales Consultant to join a successful sales team, grow with the company, and expand knowledge in the housing industry.

• Secure the sale of new homes in Blackburn and achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.
• Utilise sales tools, promotions and incentives to manage all sales proceedings.
• Maintain regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines and ensure these are achieved while keeping customers informed throughout the buying process to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet with clients, assess their needs, show show homes and explain building issues and regulations.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed for visitors and access to construction areas.
• Attend meetings with others involved in the sales and building process.
• Liaise with solicitors, purchasers and mortgage advisers to ensure exchange of contract deadlines are met.
• Maintain contact with purchasers and build strong relationships.
• Achieve excellent mystery shopper feedback.
• Carry out inspections, customer demonstrations and handovers.
• Keep all administrative records up to date.
• Conduct market research on competitors and stay up to date with market changes.

• Sales background or experience in a similar role within the new homes or property industry.
• Courteous and professional at all times; organized, self-motivated, honest and trustworthy; a willing team player who can contribute in a busy, fast-moving sales environment.
• Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
• Access to own transport and a clean driving licence.

• Salary of £27k - £28k (negotiable).
• OTE of £66k+.
• Mileage allowance.
