We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Aftersales Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Blackpool. • Serve as the first point of contact for service and parts customers, delivering outstanding customer service
• Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and service-related paperwork efficiently
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
• Process payments and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist retail and trade customers with parts requirements and stock enquiries
• Liaise with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability for workshop jobs
• Receive, check, and accurately record parts into stock, ensuring stock levels and inventory records are maintained
• Keep pricing structures and stock records up to date
• Ensure the service department is well-presented and maintained to high standards
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor within the motor industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
