We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and customer-focused Floating Sales Executive to join our team, covering new homes developments across Lancashire
.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working across different developments, building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional results.

As a Floating Sales Executive, you will support sales activity across a number of new homes developments throughout Lancashire. You will be responsible for:

• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Welcoming and engaging prospective buyers, providing an excellent customer experience
• Conducting viewings and presenting new homes to potential purchasers
• Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
• Building strong relationships with customers, agents and development teams
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping sales information up to date
• Supporting individual developments to achieve their sales targets
• Providing flexible cover across sites as required

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in New Homes Sales or residential property sales
• A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Target-driven, motivated and commercially aware
• Professional, organised and able to work independently
• Comfortable working across different locations and adapting quickly
• Passionate about property and delivering a first-class customer experience
• A strong negotiator with the ability to build rapport and close sales

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to the nature of the role.
