Roofer - Responsive Repairs role at Novus Property Solutions

Location:

Site Based, working around Cumbria and Lancashire. Typically 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a skilled Roofer
, you will have the knowledge and experience needed to excel at your trade and understand the positive impact you can have on customers and Clients. Following a recent contract win, we are looking to recruit a Responsive Repairs Roofer to work on Tenanted Social Housing properties.

• Roofer with experience in all aspects of roofing and related repairs including: roof tile replacements, fascia/soffit and rainwater goods repairs/replacements, pointing and flat roof felt
• Previous experience working in a live environment would be beneficial
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
• Collaborating with other trades/occupations as well as the site or contract team, while managing own time effectively
• CSCS card or CSKILLS preferred but not essential as training will be given
• Adherence to Novus’ Health and Safety policies and standards
• Full UK Driving Licence is required
• This role will require a DBS check

Ideally you will possess a roofing qualification, though further training, including in Health and Safety, will be provided. The ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and a willingness to work in a team to deliver a great service are equally important.
