Blackpool Council is seeking a Housing Options Trainee to join its Housing Options Service. You will be supported to develop a comprehensive understanding of departmental functions, including frontline advice and assessment, early intervention, and homelessness prevention.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have strong IT skills to effectively assist clients in vulnerable situations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a focus on delivering essential housing services.
