Fylde Coast Women’s Aid is seeking an Outreach Worker to provide supportive, trauma‑informed peer and 1‑to‑1 services to domestic abuse survivors across Wyre and Fylde. The post is 18 hours per week over three days, offering a pro‑rata salary and a closed annual leave scheme.
The role reports to the FCWA Service Manager and sits on a 12‑month fixed contract, with continuation subject to funding. Full DBS disclosure is required and a commitment to survivor‑centred practice is essential.
