Liquidpersonnel is seeking a Social Worker for the Adult Learning Disability team in Blackpool to support individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include completing Care Act Assessments, managing safeguarding cases, and coordinating care with a multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a Social Work degree, Social Work England registration, and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience. Enjoy a supportive team environment with a pay rate of £30 per hour and options for flexible and hybrid working.
