Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an L&D Practitioner (Blackpool) to identify and respond to vulnerabilities in individuals in contact with the justice system. The role may be based in the community, police custody, or courts.
Referrals concern mental health, learning disability, substance misuse, safeguarding, or other vulnerabilities triggering referrals to Liaison & Diversion. Vetting Level 2 is mandatory for the Police clearance process.
