We’re hiring for an Accommodation Support Officer to join our team and make a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders. You will carry out initial assessments to understand individual circumstances, develop tailored accommodation plans through structured interventions, and support participants in navigating housing challenges. You will ensure participants are informed of decisions affecting them and promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities and available support.
We welcome applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including social services, mental health, education, criminal justice, and recent graduates seeking relevant experience. Compensation and Benefits- Competitive salary starting from £25,877 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans
- Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need
- Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using a case management system
- Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
