Blackpool And The Fylde College is seeking four Youth Workers to join the Student, Support and Wellbeing Team. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with disengaged, vulnerable or at-risk students and delivering targeted interventions to improve engagement, behaviour, wellbeing and outcomes.
Work with curriculum teams and specialist support services to support early intervention, safeguarding and inclusive practices, contributing to a safe, supportive learning environment.
