Change Grow Live in Nelson, Lancashire, is seeking an Employment Specialist to deliver Individual Placement and Support to people in recovery, helping them find paid, preference‑led employment across Lancashire.
The role is part-time (18.75 hours per week) with a permanent contract; you’ll work with service users, clinicians, and local employers, using IPS principles to support sustained employment outcomes. Degree or equivalent experience and strong communication are essential.
