Lancashire County Council is seeking an Assistant Youth Support Worker to engage with young people across Lancashire, including evenings and weekends to support programmes and projects. The role focuses on safeguarding and inclusion while building confidence and resilience in individuals.
You will work with qualified or trainee Youth and Community workers, supporting activities and maintaining safe environments as part of our Early Help Service.
