Blackpool Multi Agency Safeguarding Arrangement (MASA) & Children, Young People & Families Partnership Board (CYPF) Workforce Development & Audit Co-ordinator

We are looking to appoint an individual who shares our co-produced Blackpool Families Rock values and is committed to safeguarding children and supporting their families and carers. Applicants will need to have a professional qualification and experience of working within a service that safeguards children and support their families. The role is responsible for leading a Multi-Agency Training Pool, developing and delivering safeguarding training to the partnership workforce, launching Policies and Pathways via large virtual and partnership face to face launch events.

Applicants must be committed to our co-production values and learning culture.

The role also leads co-ordination of complex large scale multi-agency audits, co-facilitating Partnership Audit Reflection Days and writing Audit Learning Reports and Action Plans. The role is also responsible for collating and analysing a partnership dataset.

Applicants must be able to work with sensitive and confidential information, sharing lessons learned from Rapid Reviews and Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews (CSPRs) via the Safeguarding Blackpool Partnership Website, Partnership Newsletter and 7 Minute Briefings.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/vulnerable adults. This post is subject to satisfactory reference history of at least two years, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of any essential qualifications and proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
