BCH requires a dedicated housing support worker to assess needs, plan support and monitor progress for vulnerable residents across sheltered schemes in Blackpool. You will handle welfare checks, liaise with partner agencies and support tenants toward financial stability.
Working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will engage with tenants, complete plans and respond to emergencies while upholding professional boundaries and safeguarding requirements.
