Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Blackpool seeks a dedicated role to support children and their families within the Young Carers Team. You will work in the community, including schools, to identify and assist young carers and their families.
You will provide verbal and written reports, deliver emotional support, raise awareness with professionals, maintain records, and apply new local and national strategies to improve services for carers.
