What you will do:
  • Conduct Child and Family Assessments to evaluate needs and formulate effective support plans.
  • Implement Child in Need Plans for short-term interventions, working collaboratively with partner agencies to provide ongoing support.
  • Undertake Section 7 private family court proceedings and Section 47 child protection enquiries.
  • Prepare families for Initial Child Protection Conferences and initiate Initial Care Proceedings where necessary to safeguard children.
  • Collaborate with Housing to conduct joint assessments for homeless young people.
