• Support our Anti-Social Behaviour Team with triaging ASB complaints, going out to visit both reporters and subjects of ASB cases.
• Support the ASB Team with gathering evidence for enforcement action.
• Gain hands-on experience within the ASB Team

• Enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals
• GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4-9 / A–C) or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills
• Basic MS Office skills
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and not be enrolled in other public-funded training

• 24-month Level 4 Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety Officer Apprenticeship
• Remote learning with study time included
• Friendly work environment and strong development support
• Potential for future employment-our last 3 apprentices secured permanent roles
