Location: West Lancashire

Employed or Self-Employed | Full-time | Launching Summer 2026

Build something special from day one.

VIBE Club & Lounge is launching a premium padel, wellness and social destination in Lancashire. This is not a bolt-on padel offer — it’s a purpose-built club designed around performance, community and lifestyle.

The Opportunity
  • Five indoor padel courts at launch (4 doubles + 1 singles)
  • Premium lounge, café-bar and social spaces
  • Integrated wellness, recovery and movement studios
  • Golf simulators and work spaces
  • Phase 2 expansion to 9 courts within ~12 months

This is a rare chance to build, not inherit — and to grow a flagship padel programme with long-term potential.

The Role

As Head Padel Coach, you’ll lead the entire coaching offer — from beginners through to performance players — while building a vibrant, inclusive padel community.

You’ll combine hands‑on coaching with programme leadership, ensuring a consistently high‑quality member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and leading the club’s padel coaching programme
  • Delivering 1:1s, groups, clinics and camps
  • Creating leagues, ladders, socials, tournaments and events
  • Developing coaching standards and player pathways
  • Recruiting and mentoring additional coaches as the programme grows
  • Working closely with the operations team on scheduling and utilisation
  • Acting as a visible ambassador for VIBE and its community
Who This Is For

This role suits a coach who:

  • Wants ownership, autonomy and visibility
  • Enjoys building programmes and communities
  • Thrives in premium, people‑focused environments
  • Is ambitious and growth‑minded, not just session‑focused
Requirements
  • Strong coaching experience and communication skills
  • Experience running structured coaching programmes
  • Safeguarding‑led, professional approach
  • Right to work in the UK (DBS required)
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Performance or squad coaching experience
  • League, ladder or tournament organisation
  • Coach mentoring or leadership experience
Package & Structure

We are open to Employed, Self‑Employed or Hybrid arrangements, depending on experience and preference.

  • Competitive base salary or coaching revenue share
  • Coaching incentives and growth opportunities
  • Full‑time commitment preferred
