Pay
£15.50 per hour PAYE (£17.37 per hour including rolled‑up holiday pay)
Careermakers Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based in Blackburn.
We have ongoing Monday to Friday work available with early morning starts between 05:00 and 06:00.
Duties- Trunking work
- Trailer swaps
- Collections from other depots
- 5‑6 deliveries/collections per shift (depending on route)
- Completing all relevant paperwork
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
