Position: Administrative Assistant I — Invoicing Expert (LA)
A dynamic tech company is seeking an Administrative Assistant I with invoicing experience to provide support to the Business Support Team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience with MS Office and strong organizational skills. Key responsibilities include managing records, processing invoices, and supporting daily operations. Local candidates from Southern California are preferred. This is a contractual position lasting 6 months, with a pay rate of $38.47 per hour on W2 without benefits.
