We are seeking a driven, strategic Business Development & Accounts Manager to lead growth across our markets. This role offers the opportunity to shape growth through meaningful partnerships, innovative solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and expand strategic accounts, ensuring long-term client success and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with lab managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using Salesforce and Power

    BI.
  • Partner with marketing to launch new technologies and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including market expansion and product innovation.
Minimum qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record in account growth, client retention, and solution-based selling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power

    BI, One Note, and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with robotics in healthcare, medical diagnostics, and lab automation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Desired qualifications include:
  • Experience launching new products or entering new markets.
  • Background in strategic partnerships or business development in emerging tech.
  • Comfort navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
