• Provide comprehensive cardiology and interventional care, including preventive visits, diagnostic testing, and management of complex cardiovascular conditions
• Perform and interpret procedures such as echocardiograms, stress testing, catheterizations, and interventional treatments (based on training and expertise)
• Partner with advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Participate in a shared call rotation that balances continuity of care with physician work-life integration
• Contribute to practice meetings, clinical quality initiatives, and service line growth
• Learn directly from Dr. Sunder, gaining mentorship in both clinical excellence and practice leadership
• Play an active role in shaping the culture and operations of the practice as part of the employee ownership model
• This is a rare chance for a cardiologist who wants to grow a thriving practice while expanding access to advanced cardiovascular care in the Antelope Valley and Ridgecrest

• Is board certified or board eligible in Cardiology (interventional preferred)
• Holds or is eligible for a medical license in the relevant jurisdiction
• Values autonomy, teamwork, and long-term patient relationships
• Communicates clearly and empathetically with patients and colleagues
• Thrives in an independent practice setting with strong administrative support
• Wants to build a long-term career in a physician-owned and physician-led environment

• This role is based at one of our partner practices in the United States. Team members are expected to collaborate closely across clinical and administrative functions. Every member of the practice contributes where needed, and no job is above or below anyone.
