We are seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a community-focused outpatient practice in Lancaster, California. This role provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Manage patient panels across the lifespan
- Coordinate care with specialists and clinical care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
