Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
PACC Mental Health Services is seeking a collaborative, family-centered BCBA or BCaBA to provide ABA services to clients in the Lancaster/Palmdale area.
This position is designed for a clinician who wants a manageable workload with ample clinical and administrative support
, allowing time to focus on treatment quality, skill development, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes.
Clinicians work closely with and receive ongoing support and collaboration from a doctorate-level BCBA Clinical Director
, while maintaining appropriate autonomy in the delivery of individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
- Manageable caseload and workload designed to support quality clinical care
- Direct collaboration and clinical support from a doctorate-level BCBA Clinical Director
- Experienced RBT-level certificants providing direct services
- Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure, including support with:
- RBT recruitment and staffing
- Scheduling coordination
- Case management
- Reporting and documentation
- Intervention and protocol development
- Caregiver training and support
- Clinical autonomy in treatment planning, protocol modification, and scheduling of supervision and treatment-modification activities within the clinician's scope of practice
- A clinical culture focused on treatment quality, client progress, and family outcomes rather than excessive productivity demands
- Reduced administrative burden compared with many high-volume ABA organizations
- Hybrid flexibility for report writing and appropriate administrative responsibilities

Primary in-home availability is needed:
Monday–Friday, approximately 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
Cases are primarily in-home and occur during after-school hours throughout the Lancaster/Palmdale area.
