  Typical orthopedic outpatient cases, total joints, return patients, and injections
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days

  Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, and a Board Certification
• Licensure
