- Help customers and sales team clarify all necessary pre-sales technical questions, designs, solutions, etc.
- Deliver online or onsite training to Solplanet colleagues, customers such as distributors and installers.
- Speak at Solplanet or channel partners’ online or offline events.
- Collect market information like market trend, policy, regulation, competitor’s setup, products, service, etc. and share internally so that Solplanet can prepare and lead the market.
- Prepare R (Regional Business Review) every quarter.
- Develop workable and useful after-sales service infrastructure/methods for Southeast Asia markets.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and other customers via phone or digital channels.
- Support customers by training, providing application engineering services and general technical consultancy in solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers.
- Develop and maintain strong and synergetic relationships with key stakeholders in Sol planets distributor, installer and / or EPC, developer and end‑users network.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to maintain customer relationships, gain customer trust and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Actively collaborate with international and local colleagues/departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics to dispatch inverters for replacement and assist in the collection of inverters.
- Support the qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners.
- Accurately document all relevant case information using CRM software.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve products and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and company cost‑effectiveness.
- Regularly collect feedback such as customer satisfaction to aid continuous improvement of the after‑sales process.
