• food or food packaging manufacturing maintenance experience required

this position is responsible for repair and maintenance of high‑speed packaging equipment, dismantling and assembling multiple brands of mechanical and electrical equipment, repair and replacement of defective parts, and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. As a maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all facility operations are running smoothly. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a food processing environment. Perform all work in accordance with environmental, health and safety standards, rules, regulations and practices of the facility.

• strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems
• excellent leadership and team management skills
• ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in using maintenance management software
• high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus

• minimum of 5 years of industrial machine maintenance experience required

• supervisory experience is required
