Minimum Data Set RN at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Day shifts.

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the MDS Assessment with the appropriate participation of health professionals. Knowledge of care required:
Young Adult to Geriatric.

• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Upon hire:
  California Registered Nurse License
• 2 years LTC facility.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year Recent direct patient hospital care or work experience in a Long Term care or Sub Acute and/or TCU setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
