LPN LVN - Sub Acute at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 12-hour Variable shifts.

• Coursework/Training:
  Completion of program for Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• Coursework/Training:
  Completion of course in Intravenous Therapy approved by the LVN Board.
• 1 year of Acute care institutional experience.
• Recent hospital direct patient care experience on an acute, sub-acute unit or skilled nursing facility.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
