Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: RN Registered Nurse

• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.

• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.

• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to develop individualized care plans.

• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and record information in patient charts.

• Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.

• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety standards, including decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds.

• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.

• Supervise and train nursing assistants.
