The Level III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in a clinic setting, focusing on chemotherapy infusion. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and leading healthcare teams.

• Pay: $62 - $85/hour
• Location: Lancaster, CA
• Facility: Antelope Valley Medical Offices
• Schedule: Part-time, Day shift

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
• Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
• Discuss patient findings with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.

• 1-year recent experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or home health/palliative/hospice care.

• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certification OR Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
