Shift Manager
We are looking for a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s franchise location. The Shift Manager will lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, and support crew and other managers.

- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Education through Archways to Opportunity, including opportunities to earn a High School degree, college tuition assistance, and English as a second language classes.

The wage rate for this position ranges from $22 per hour to $24 per hour.
