Fencer Labor​/Fence Installer

High 5 Fencing in Lancaster, CA is looking for a hardworking and reliable Fence Installer to join our growing crew! This is a hands‑on, outdoor role where you'll play a key part in delivering quality fencing solutions to our customers every day.

• Install residential and commercial fencing including wood, chain link, vinyl, and metal systems
• Dig post holes and set fence posts using manual and power equipment
• Measure, cut, and fasten fencing materials to ensure proper alignment and secure installation
• Load, unload, and transport fencing materials and tools to job sites
• Follow job site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist lead installers and crew members with all phases of fence construction
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site as needed

• Prior experience in fencing, construction, or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and post-hole diggers
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/bend for extended periods
• Valid driver's license a plus
