Preschool Teacher

Position Summary

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | $18.00-$20.00 per hour | Lancaster, MA

We’re looking for a Preschool Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and heart to our youth service team. As a dependable and motivated member of a mission-driven organization, you’ll help nurture children to learn and grow.

Preschool Teacher for our Child Development Center, dedicated to providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children. Responsibilities include encouraging imagination, challenging thinking, and fostering social and language development. You will also be responsible for education, daily care, and recreation of children.

Energetic, caring team player who loves nurturing children. Specific qualifications include:

• Teacher certified in Preschool by EEC
• 1+ year of experience with preschool-aged children
• Associate degree in early childhood education or CDA preferred but not required

The RFK Community Alliance Child Development Center is a NAEYC accredited program that encourages imagination, challenges thinking, and enhances social and language development. We value cultural, social, and economic needs and involve families in meaningful ways.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on incentive paid in installments: $500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 12 months.
