Education and Experience
  • Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid state license
Computer Skills
  • Proficient in clinical documentation
  • Basic internet navigation
Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services and maintain positive client interactions
  • Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans and discharge plans
  • Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technologists
  • Conduct case management and adhere to regulations
  • Consult and supervise PTAs
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
  • Maintain license and stay informed about industry changes
Qualifications
  • State licensure as a licensed physical therapist
  • Experience in SNF settings preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills
