Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per Diem

If you’ve worked as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or personal care attendant, or you just have a gift for looking after people, this one is for you.
Arbor Associates is hiring caregivers to support youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential group home, schools, day habs, and shelters in your area.
You’ll help people get through their day with dignity, from morning routines to community outings to a quiet overnight, and help them build independence along the way.
Pick up shifts when it works for you. Hours can fits best alongside school, family, or another job.
What you’ll do- Encourage choice, independence, and community participation
- Follow individualized support plans and keep the programs safe and respectful
- Document your shift and report changes or concerns
- Accompany or transport individuals on community outings when needed
Flexible by design:
Full-time or part-time, with first, second, and third shifts and weekend options.
Real backup, any hour: A live person from our staffing team is available 24/7.
