Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with 2 or more years of experience for first and second shifts.

• $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
• $22 – $46/hour (based on experience)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Overtime at time-and-a-half
• Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance

• First
  
  Shift:
  • 8‑hour shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm)
• Second Shift (Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential):
  • Four 10‑hour shifts (2:00 pm – 12:30 am)
  • Five 8‑hour shifts (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)

• At least 2 years of diesel technician experience
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
• Technical/trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus
